Greatwide Dedicated Transport Named Silver Award Recipient by Nordstrom

DALLAS (April 29, 2009) - Greatwide Dedicated Transport (GWDT), a provider of outsourced, "closed loop" transportation services to major retail clients is pleased to announce it has received the Nordstrom Supplier Recognition Silver Award for Outstanding Performance for the second consecutive year. Greatwide has shown excellence in their Operations Centers servicing Nordstrom in Oregon, Iowa, Maryland, Florida and California, and is being recognized for their high level of performance in several categories including on-time service, fleet management and equipment utilization, capacity and availability, safety, process improvement, billing, and customer service.

The Nordstrom distribution centers and retail stores provide input on the GWDT Operations Centers' performance on a quarterly basis and the Silver Recognition is based on the average score for the four quarters during the 2008 fiscal year. Nordstrom recognizes three levels of service which include Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Greatwide was awarded the Bronze distinction for service in 2006 before receiving the Silver distinction in 2007 and 2008.
